| 摘 要： | 人力资本投资也与物质资本投资一样存在着风险和收益，但人力资本的投资风险有其自身的特点。从人力资本的特点出发，分析了人力资本投资风险与收益的关系，并有针对性地提出了防范和化解人力资本投资风险的措施。

| Abstract: | There are risks and gains in the investment of the human capital, just like in the investment of the material capital. But the investment of the human capital possesses its own features. Starting from the features of the human capital, this paper analyzes the relation between the risks and the gains of the investment of the human capital, and puts forward some corresponding measures for preventing and solving the risks of the investment of the human capital. |
