| Abstract: | This paper discusses on the beneficial influences and harmful influences of the construction of Mafanggou Water Lifting Engineering on the environment, and makes the analysis on the influences on water transferring-out area, which show that the advantages are more than the disadvantages of the construction of this engineering, and its construction is feasible in aspect of environmental effect. |
