摘    要:制备了一种新型改性水溶性树脂粘结剂,其中不含镁、磷、铝、铁等化学成份,能够使焦粉冷固成型球团的生球强度和干球强度大幅度提高.具有球团生产成本低、耐高温、化学反应性好、固定碳降低量小、灰分低等优点。

Abstract:Developing a new type of modified water kino adhesives, the adhesives does not include such chemical compositions as magnesium, phosphorus, aluminum, iron, etc. They can make the intensity of green ball and dry ball of the coke powder cold forming ball group raise by a large margin. It has many advantages, for example, it costs low and is able to bear high temperature, has fine chemical responsivity, little fixed carbon, low ash contentment, etc.
