摘    要:采用离体培养法探讨了温度及蔗糖、H3BO3、CaCl2溶液浓度对皱皮木瓜花粉萌发率的影响,以及不同贮藏及解冻方法对花粉活力的影响.结果表明:皱皮木瓜花粉萌发的最适温度为20℃,最适蔗糖、H3BO3、CaCl2溶液浓度分别为150 g/L、20 mg/L和50 mg/L.在上述最佳单因子组合条件下,花粉萌发率高于任一单因子的促进作用.4℃预冷3h,-83℃超低温冷冻保存,37~40℃水浴快速解冻(4~5 min)后立即放于20℃水浴中的方法较有效地保持了花粉的活力.

Abstract:Effects of different culture conditions and storage or thawing methods on pollen germination rates of Chaenomeles speciosa in vitro were investigated.The results showed that the optimal temperature of pollen germination is 20 ℃,the most comfortable concentrations are respectively 150 g/L sugar solution,20 mg/L H3BO3 solution and 50 mg/L CaCl2 solution.And,in the best single factor combination conditions,pollen germination rate is higher than any single factor.-83 ℃ cryopreservation after precooling under 4 ℃ for 3 h,followed 37~40 ℃ water bath for 4~5 min and 20 ℃ water bath immediately,that maintains pollen vitality effectively.
