无机胺合成的 HZSM-5 催化间二甲苯异构化脉冲动力学研究

摘    要:利用脉冲法研究了间二甲苯在用无机胺合成的HZSM-5沸石上的催化异构化动力学行为.在758~801K温度范围内,载气流量22~60 ml/min,压力0.2~0.3 MPa,反应是表观一级反应,表观活化能119.2 kJ/mol,气相色谱保留体积法测得间二甲苯的吸附热为47.2 kJ/mol,故得到表面反应的活化能为166.4 kJ/mol.

Abstract:The ZSM-5 zeolite was synthesized with inorganic amine plate.The data of Pulse catalytic isomirization of m-xylene on the HZSM-5 were measured in various temperatures and carrying gas flow rates.Experimental results showed that the main conversion process of m-xylene on the HZSM-5 zeolite was unimolecular transfer reaction appearing as a first order kinetic characterization in the reaction conditions of temperture range of 758~801 K,carrying gas flow rate and pressure in the region of 22~60 ml/min and 0.2~0.3 Mpa respectively.The apparent activation energy,the adsorption heat and the activation energy of surface reaction were 119.2 kJ/mol,47.2 kJ/mol and166.4 kJ/mol respectively.
