摘    要:脉冲激光测距的应用非常广泛,其中提高测距精度是该项技术的核心之一.为实现脉冲激光测距的高精度,提出一种时间间隔测量的方法.设计采用单片机控制时间测量芯片,对发射脉冲和返回脉冲信号延迟进行测量,同时利用时间测量芯片对测量结果进行自动校准,并采用定比例时点判别可减小信号变化对时点判别的影响.通过定点测量,结果表明该方法简化了器件设计,达到了较高的测距精度,最后分析了影响脉冲激光测距精度的误差的原因.

Abstract:The pulse laser range finder is widely used, in which to improve the ranging accuracy is one of the core technology. In order to realize the pulse laser rangefinder accuracy, the design puts forward a kind of method of time-interval measurement. Using single-chip microcomputer control time of firing pulse chips to measure the delay of firing pulse and return pulse signal, the time measurement results of chips automatic calibration is used , at the same time, the proportion of fixed point for judging can reduce the timing signal changes. Through measurement, dot results show that this method simplifies the device design and achieve high accuracy, with the analysis of the influence of the pulse laser ranging accuracy of error.
