| 摘 要： | 首先,从知识、技术角度对信息时代产业集聚区内企业增多现象进行分析,认为即使在信息时代,企业的隐性知识仍然无法远距离传播,空间上的临近仍然是获得该类知识溢出的最好途径.其次,对产业集群学习和创新的内在机理进行了理论分析,给出了学习型产业集群的定义.最后,基于学习型产业集群的创新系统提出了构建策略.

| Abstract: | Firstly,it analyses the increase of enterprises' inner industry agglomerations from the angle of knowledge and the technology to informational times.Even in information age,tacit knowledge of enterprises is still unable to be transmitted distantly,and the space approaching is still the best way to obtain this kind of knowledge.Secondly,it carries on the theoretical analysis the intrinsic mechanism,and defines the learning industry cluster.Thirdly,the author proposes construction strategy on the basis of the innovational system of learning industry cluster. |
