大白菜幼苗过氧化物同工酶的研究

摘    要:用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对萌发14天内的大白菜幼苗的过氧化物同工酶进行分析.结果表明,萌发4~8天的幼苗过氧化物同工酶表达比较明显,不同品种的酶带在表达时间上有一定的差异,过氧化物同工酶主要由根部进行表达.

Abstract:The article analysed the peroxidase isoenzyme in seedling of Chinese Cabbage which had been cultured for 14days by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE).The result indicated peroxidase isoenzyme in seedling cultured for 4~8days began to express obviously.The express time of enzyme strips of various varieties were different and the enzyme strips expressing obviously existed in roots.
