摘    要:直接将CH3CSNH2和CdCl2水溶液混合,水浴加热,制备出了粒径为数纳米的CdS粒子,并研究了反应物浓度、加热时间及稳定剂对生成的CdS纳米粒子粒径的影响。

Abstract:CH3CSNH2 and CdCl2 were mixed in the aqueous solution, and heated in water bath to prepare CdS nanoparticles, the size of which was about 5 nm. The factors that affect the size of CdS nanoparticles, such as the concentration of reactants, the heating time and the stablizers, were discussed.
