| 摘 要： | 采用简化泊松回归比例危险模型,利用本研究组对国内污染物暴露-急性发病关系系数研究的meta分析结果,评价了珠江三角洲地区9个城市市区归因于可吸入颗粒物污染的健康影响,结合发病的单位经济价值数据,对健康影响进行了货币化。结果表明,珠江三角洲地区可吸入颗粒物污染对居民健康造成的影响不容忽视。对于粒径小于10μm的颗粒物(PM10)污染,参考浓度分别选取中国标准(40μg/m3)及世界卫生组织(WHO)大气质量指导值(20μg/m3),急性健康效应经济损失总量分别为1.99亿元和2.72亿元,相当于该地区2006年生产总值的0.09‰(0.07‰～0.11‰)和0.13‰(0.10‰～0.15‰)。可吸入颗粒物的急性健康效应中PM2.5的贡献在90%以上。
