用ETH1001钙离子选择电极研究钙与胆汁酸根的作用

摘    要:比较了ETH1001钙离子选择电极(Ca ISE)与磷酸酯Ca ISE抗表面活性剂干扰的能力。ETH1001 Ca ISE不受胆盐的干扰,而磷酸酯Ca ISE受干扰造成电位负移。因此用ETH1001 Ca ISE重新研究了钙与一些胆汁酸根的作用。

Abstract:In earlier works, the binding of Ca2+ to bile salts was studied by calcium ion-selective electrode (Ca ISE) based on organic phosphate. This Ca ISE is sensitive to anionic surfactants. In present work, this Ca ISE was compared with CalSE based on ETH 1001. The response of Ca ISE based on ETH 1001 was not influenced by bile salts while that based on organic phosphate was caused negative shift in e.m.f.. The formations of soluble complex of Ca2+ with free and conjugated dihydroxy and trihydroxy bile salts were studied by ETH 1001 Ca ISE again and the apparent solubility product of Ca2+ with free bile salts was measured by ETH 1001 Ca ISE and chenodeoxycholate ISE,
