涨落环境中不同随机双稳态竞争时间问题研究

设计了一个试验来验证有关生物体如何适应涨落环境的新进化理论,即当环境变换频率和生物体多表型间跳转的内在频率相等的条件下,生物体的适应度最大的理论结果。在开始试验之前,需要对它的可行性进行理论评估。首先根据生物学试验过程建立一个两种生物体竞争的模型;然后考察环境变化频率、生长或死亡速率等参数对最短竞争时间的影响,找到了最优的竞争策略。在合理的参数条件下,模拟结果发现48小时的竞争时间能够把两个不同的物种区分开。
