| Abstract: | The paper introduced a PC and MCS based controlling motor rotation speed measuring system,mainly expatiated the main step on how to design it with Visual Basic.Comparing with other typical methods,this motor rotation speed measuring system was characterized by high accuracy,high stability,easily realized,and easily transplantated. |
