陶瓷微滤膜分离氢氧化物胶体的研究

摘    要:应用陶瓷微滤膜新技术,对化学液相沉淀法制备氧化物系超细粉体生成的氢氧化物胶体前驱物进行固液分离,实验结果表明其分离效率与操作性能均明显优于目前工业生产上常用的板框压滤机等传统的分离设备。

Abstract:Ceramic microfiltration membrane technology was employed to separate hydroxide colloid made of oxide micropowder by chemical liquid-phase precipitation.Test results indicated that its separating efficiency and perfor- mance were better than those of plate and frame filter,which is commonly used in present industries.
