山核桃外果皮黄酮提取条件的研究

摘    要:采用兮光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,乙醇回流萃取山核桃外果支中总黄酮.在革取过程中,通过单因素试验分析了乙醇浓度、苹取温度、萃取时间及料液比等4个主要因素对萃取率的影响.通过正交试验,得到最佳萃取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为70%,萃取温度60℃,萃取时间为6h,料液比1:20.试验方法简便,结果可靠.

Abstract:Spectrometric method was employed to measure the content of total flavonoids in C. cathayensis epicarp using ethanol as solvent, rutin as control sample. During the extracting process, four main factors including concentration of extracting solution, temperature, time and solid - liquid ratio are studied by using single factor analysis method. The optimal conditions are obtained by orthognnal analysis, which are 70% of methanol concentration, 6h of refluxing duration, 60℃ of refluxing temperature and 1 : 20 of solid-liquid ratio. The method is simple and convenient .
