| 摘 要： | 结合抗震规范中有关＂强柱弱梁＂规定,分析了影响＂强柱弱梁＂破坏机制实现的各类因素,指出按照现行抗震规范进行框架结构设计无法保证＂强柱弱梁＂破坏机制的实现,探讨了实现＂强柱弱梁＂的新思路.

| Abstract: | According to the code for seismic design of strong column weak beam,to analyze a variety of factors which impact strong column weak beam damage mechanism to achieve.The suggestion on the strong column and weak beam in the design work was proposed,and the new strong column and weak beam design concept was investigated. |
