南通市港闸区城乡结合部土地利用特征研究

研究目的:土地利用特征与问题是城乡结合部土地利用研究的基础和起点.以南通市港闸区为例,分析港闸区土地在时空上的利用特征,为城乡结合部土地利用政策研究提供基础数据和科学依据.研究方法:案例分析法、空间分析法、定性与定量相结合的方法.研究结果:港闸区属典型的城乡结合部,其土地利用具有明显的动态性、过渡性及非农化、非耕地化速度快等基本特征.研究结论:城乡结合部应坚持保护耕地和保障发展相结合的土地利用政策,一方面严格控制耕地减少,加强区内集中连片的高标准基本农田的建设和保护;另一方面严格控制建设用地特别是城镇工矿用地规模的扩张速度,促进土地的节约集约利用.

Research on Land Use Characteristics of Rural-urban Fringe Area in Gangzha District in Nantong City

The purpose of this paper is to explore the characteristics of temporal and spatial distribution of land use,which is the foundation to the research of rural-urban fringe area such as Gangzha District,and proposed basic data and scientific basis for land use policy in this area.Methods of empirical analysis,spatial analysis,and combination of qualitative and quantitative were employed.The results indicate that Gangzha District is a typical rural-urban fringe area,whose characteristics of land use contain visible tendency and transition,as well as quick agricultural land conversion.It is concluded that the persisting in agricultural land and economic development protection should be combined.Reduction of agricultural land and expansion of construction land needs both strict controlling,and construction of high standard prime farmland and policy of land-saving use are also required.
