| 摘 要： | 《招标投标法》促进了招投标工作的发展,采用公开招投标以后如何评标如何决标则是重点环节,现行的评标办法存在许多缺陷,最低价评标法适应了社会主义市场经济发展趋势的要求,诚信、规范的行为必将获得持久的生命力。
