大体积混凝土裂缝控制研究

摘    要:大体积混凝土的固化过程会释放大量的水化热,产生较大的温度和收缩变化,从而导致大体积混凝土产生裂缝,影响结构的耐久性.以大体积混凝土温度应力理论为基础,结合工程实例,并应用Midas/Gen软件对大体积混凝土水化热及温度应力进行模拟,研究和总结了大体积混凝土应力峰值分部情况,对大体积混凝土裂缝控制研究有重要借鉴作用.

Abstract:A lot of hydration heat will be released in the solidification process of mass concrete, resulting in a major temperature and shrinkage change. Therefore,cracking in mass concrete will occur and affect durability of the structures. This paper is based on the theory of temperature stress in mass concrete,illustrated with some engineering examples. By the application of software Midas / Gen,we have stimulated temperature stress and hydration heat of mass concrete and summed up the stress peak distribution of mass concrete,serving as a reference for cracking control study on mass concrete.
