加快银行改革 迎接“入世”挑战

目前,我国商业银行与海外商业银行相比尚存有诸多弊端,转制的步伐明显滞后,这对入世后的金融开放将十分不利,要振兴我国银行乃至整个金融业,我们唯有加快改革,健全体制;充实资本金、壮大规模;引导商业银行向混业经营转型;有步骤地实行利率市场化改革;努力提高经营效率和盈利水平,以跟上国际金融发展步伐,适应与海外同业的激烈竞争。
