粉煤灰活化提取铝铁的研究

摘    要:粉煤灰中含有大量的铝、铁等有用资源,其资源化利用对环境、社会、经济都有很重要的意义。采用盐酸溶解的方法从粉煤灰中提取氧化铝和氧化铁,结果表明,不经活化的粉煤灰很难将其中的铝、铁溶解出来,仅凭借煅烧对铝、铁溶出的效果影响不大,在煅烧的同时添加碳酸钠和氢氧化钠助剂可以显著提高其中氧化铝和氧化铁的溶出率,同时添加碳酸钠和氢氧化钠助剂,在700℃即可达到95%的高溶出率。

Abstract:Pulverized fuel ash that contains massive Al and Fe is very important to environment,society and economy.In this paper,the authors discussed the influence of auxiliary and calcinations temperature to excitation of pulverized fuel ash by drawing Al and Fe from pulverized fuel ash.The results indicated that it was very difficult to draw Al and Fe from pulverized fuel ash without excitation,and the effects were not obvious by calcinations.However,it was obviously improved dissolution rate of aluminum oxide and ferric oxide by adding soda and caustic soda.At the same time,dissolution rate would reach 95% under 700 ℃ by adding soda and caustic soda.
