| 摘 要： | 在广泛调研的基础上,分析了我国农村科技服务体系改革和发展的制度背景,归纳总结出我国新型农村科技服务体系建设的基本经验:一是通过培育和发展多元化农村科技服务主体,推动农村科技服务体系微观基础再造;二是探索出"以模式创新带动体系建设"的发展路径,进而提出加快推进新型农村科技服务体系建设的建议。
