| Abstract: | Based on background of development of economy society and technology at home and abroad, the author discussed goal and tasks of improving combination of technology and finance, expounded connotation, features, extension and system structure of technology finance, and analyzed regular and representation of development of technology finance. Finally, the author expounded quality and features of technology finance work, and put forward directional suggestions from aspect of operation level. |
