大型注塑机液压系统综述

摘    要:在大型注塑机中,通常使用多台定量泵或多台变量泵作为液压系统的动力源。为更好地利用定量泵和变量泵,详细阐述了一种变量泵和定量泵组合使用的方法,介绍了其液压原理和控制方法,并对成本、耗电方面进行了对比,发现变量泵和定量泵组合的方法同时可以兼顾成本和节能两个方面的要求。

Abstract:In the Large-scale injection molding machine, The Source of power for Large-scale injection molding machine is more quantitative pump or more variable pump. Quantitative pump system energy consumption is larger, high cost of variable pump system is larger. In this paper, review use a combination of methods for Quantitative pump and variable pump, to introduce the hydraulic principle and control method. And compared the cost and power consumption, found the method of variable pump and pump combination are aspects of cost and energy requirements.
