| Abstract: | "12319" is the special service hotline number of the urban constructional trade.It offers service about building trade to citizen such as the policy consultation,complaint,dealing with emergency or rush to repair,the alert dispatcher etc.The systematic design,selecting type of hardware equipment,network planning,software function of the technological platform of service hotline "12319" system of the urban construction are explicated. |
