摘要：	农业是人类的衣食之源、生存之本.发展现代农业、科技兴农,是当前我国国民经济发展、全面建设小康社会的必然举措.近年来,国家把目光投向了用最先进的信息技术和控制技术进行科技抗旱和灌溉,逐步摆脱了"靠天吃饭"的被动局面.喷灌技术的不断创新和发展,正是新形势下实现农田水利现代化的一大创新成果,不仅使广大农民真正得到了实惠,对推动水利科技迅速发展具有尤为重要的现实意义.
