| Abstract: | The use of advanced GSM Modem devices as meteorological disaster early warning information display screen to send and receive text messages of meteorological disaster warning information could realize the applica- tion of paroxysmal meteorological disaster forecast and timely information release among people. In this paper, we elaborated the formation, characteristics and benefits of this system. |
