| 摘 要： | 由胜任力的内涵入手，对教师胜任力，高校教师胜任力，相关的胜任力模型、理论和研究方法，以及当代国内外关于教师胜任力特征、高校教师胜任力特征的研究结果进行了分析和阐述．最后提出了高校教师胜任力研究的方向和提高高校教师胜任力的策略。
