| 摘 要： | 创新体系是增强区域经济活力的源泉，区域创新体系建设是提高区域经济新一轮竞争力的基石。太原市区域科技创新体系建设的重点在于整合省城科技资源和创新要求，推进制造业信息化改造、清洁能源示范和推广，强化科技成果转化，加强科技创新、产业创新和中介服务三大体系建设，从根本上提高太原市核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | Construction of regional innovation system is source of increasing regional economy vigor and cornerstone of improving regional economy competitiveness.Key points of regional innovation system construction of Taiyuan City are to integrate sci-tech resources of Taiyuan,push on informatization transformation of manufacturing industry and popularization of cleaning energy resource,strengthen transformation of scientific achievements,enhance three system construction of sci-tech innovation system,industrial innovation system,and intermediary service system so as to improve core competitiveness of Taiyuan City. |
