| 摘 要： | 结合以“富民、惠民”为核心的科技促进社会主义新农村建设工作实际，以及我国农村基础条件建设情况，在全国农村地区实施“村村通网络资讯”工程是一个既建设了社会主义新农村又迅速地扩大了农村市场需求的重要举措。实施“村村通网络资讯”工程，以信息化推动新农村建设，加速科技兴农的步伐。

| Abstract: | Combining actual of promoting construction of new socialist countryside by science and technology which take ＂Enriching people, benefiting people＂ as core, the author put forward implementing ＂village to village communication network＂ engineering was important step of building new socialist countryside and expanding market demand of village. Finally, the author put forward implementing step of accelerating promoting agriculture by applying scientific and technological advances through ＂Village to Village Communication Network＂ engineering. |
