| 摘 要： | 介绍了太原市产业集群技术联盟的发展现状，分析了其在发展过程中存在集群企业数量少，规模小，产品处于价值链低端，缺少名牌产品，发展环境不完善等问题。笔者根据此进行了原因分析，并针对上述存在的问题及太原的现实状况。从提高认识、加强规划、改善发展环境3方面提出了相应的改进措施。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors introduced status of Taiyuan union of industrial cluster technology. Then, the authors analyzed existent problems of small quantity, small scale, low value of product, lack of brand-name products and imperfect development environment. According to existent problems and status of Taiyuan, the authors put forward corresponding measures from 3 aspects of improving awareness, strengthening planning and improving environment. |
