| Abstract: | In order to make the development strategy of Taiyuan achieve a high degree of matching the external environment enable and the local area to better, the author analyzed external situation of Taiyuan and internal resources and strategic ability of enterprises by using SWOT. Aiming at status and problems of Taiyuan industries, the author put forward a strategic approach of Taiyuan industrial restructuring options. |
