资源型产业与非资源型产业均衡发展问题研究

山西省在发展过程中存在明显的“反工业化”现象，资源型产业和非资源型产业失衡问题严重突出。在理论分析和实证检验基础上，提出比较优势再造、贸易比价调解机制、反锁定和产业融合等多方面对策建议，以促进山西省产业结构的优化调整以及资源型产业与非资源型产业的均衡发展，为其他资源型区域的发展提供参考。

Research on Balanced Development of Resource-based Industry and Non-resource-based Industry

There is obvious phenomenon of“de-industrialization”in the process of development of Shanxi Province, industry imbalance of resource-based industry and non-resource-based industry are in serious problems. On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical test, the author put forward countermeasures of reconstruction of comparative advantages, intermediation mechanism of trade price, counter-locking and industrial convergence in order to promote optimization of industrial structure adjustment, balanced development of resource-based industry and non-resource-based industry in Shanxi province, which pro-vided references for other resource-based regional development.
