基于APDL的全地面起重机臂架分析

摘    要:大吨位全地面起重机由于其吊载大、结构复杂,对臂架的结构强度稳定性有很高的要求,因此对臂架结构的计算成为设计的关键。一般的有限元计算方法将主臂简化为beam单元进行分析,这种方法计算简单,建模效率高,但只能对臂架整体应力分布进行分析。采用shell单元对主臂进行建模分析,分析精确,但建模复杂,分析效率低。利用APDL开发基于MATLAB的臂架各工况批量分析程序,可针对不同工况的臂架进行建模组装,提高了计算的效率。

Abstract:Large tonnage and all-terrain has high requirement to structure strength and stability due to its large and complex structure. So, the calculation of cantilever crane structure becomes the key to design. The general finite element is analyzed beam unit through simplify the main arm. The method is simple and modeling efficiency is high. But only to boom the overall stress distribution is analyzed. Using shell element model analysis was carried out on the main arm with high preci-sion, but complex modeling and low efficiency. The author developed batch analytical procedure based on MATLAB by us-ing APDL, which could build models according to different working conditions and improve the efficiency of calculation.
