| Abstract: | S1YB training was imported from foreign country by board labor, which realized ＂Three Stages Model＂, concen- trated training, investigation practice and undertaking design. Through development of SIYB training in recent years, undertak- ing training of Taiyuan college students has made excellent results. The number of training was increasing year by year. The level of training was gradually improved. In this paper, aiming at the problems of low success rate, uneven level of teachers, imperfect system and weak execution of government, the authors put forward countermeasures from 3 aspects of media, teaching methods and management system. |
