| Abstract: | In order to play an effective role in the rural financial functions, the rural credit cooperative should use credit policy endowed by the state flexibly and fully, enlarge the resources of the credit fired, play the function of the economic lever efficiently, increase the support of the rural finance, and finally achieve the target of developing and strengthening its own power and promoting the construction of the new rural. |
