非英语专业高职生英语学习动机实证研究

摘    要:学生的英语学习动机直接影响到英语教学效果。为了研究高职高专非英语专业学生的英语学习动机特点,探索提高大学英语教学效果的策略,本文以Z.Dornyei的三层框架动机理论和建构主义的动机理论为依据,通过实证研究,对影响学生英语学习的动机进行了深入的分析,提出了内/外在动机相互促进、帮助学生建立自省体验学习机制、营造学习环境等提高高职高专大学英语教学效果的策略和建议。

Abstract:It is well known that students’English learning motivation directly affects the teaching effect.In order to make sure the features of non-English major students’English learning motivation and explore the strategies to improve the effect of college English teaching,this paper analyzes the English learning motivation based on the theory of Z.Dornyei’s Three-Level Categorization and motivation theory and constructivism theories after an empirical study.It puts forward some practical strategies and suggestions whose aims are to improve the efficiency of English teaching in vocational colleges,which are 1) to promote the students to learn English well by raising both internal and external motivation;2) to help the students establish introspective experiential learning mechanism;3) to build a good learning environment.
