磷钨酸催化合成水杨酸正丁酯的研究

摘    要:以环境友好试剂磷钨酸为催化剂对其催化合成水杨酸正丁酯的反应进行了研究,利用正交实验法得出了该反应的最优化条件,即醇酸摩尔比为2:1,催化剂用量为酸质量的7%;反应时间为4h,酯产率可达80.5%。实验表明该催化剂催化活性高,选择性好,对设备无腐蚀,是一种环境友好的催化剂。

Abstract:In this paper,by the study of the reaction of synthesis of n-butylsalicylate with the reagent phosphato tungstic acid that friendly to environment as catalyst.The optimum synthesis conditions are investigated by orthogonal experiment,too.The molar ratio of alcohol and acid is 2:1,the amount of catalyst is 7% of the mass of salicylic acid charged in the reaction,and the reaction time is 4 hours.The yield of the ester can reach to be 80.5%.This catalyst has good activity and selectivity,and friendly to environment.
