摘    要:认知心理学具有坚实心理学和教育学理论基础,认知心理学理论对改革大学体育教学具有指导意义和实用价值.运用认知心理学理论,探讨大学体育教学如何更好地发挥教师的指导作用,对以学生为主体的体育教学进行了有效的尝试.

Abstract:The theory of cognize psychology,which has solid theoretical foundation of psychology and pedagogy,has the instruction significance and the practical value to the educational reform of physical education in university.Through using the theory of cognize psychology and discussing how physical education in university can better develop the teacher's leading function,this text carried on the effective attempt in student-centered physical education.
