| 摘 要： | "电话报警网络医疗监控管理系统"是基于通信网络和计算机网络双向交互,应对紧急突发事件并能作出及时,准确,全面反应的医疗监控报警信息管理系统.本系统是对"高校医院管理及疾病预警系统"在应对紧急事件功能的扩展.通过网络分布式数据库对信息进行迅速而准确的定位、判断、分析、最后得出智能判断的结果.实现通过计算机网络系统进行自动升级,自动发信,自动拨号等报警功能.

| Abstract: | Telephone warning and internet management system for medical monitoring is an information management system based on the two- way interactions between communications network and computer network, which can manage emergency comprehensively.It can locate information immediately, distributed database, and educe conclusion through judgment and analization. The system can update automatically through intemet, sent mail automatically, and dial automantieally. |
