| 摘 要： | 在国际金融危机的影响下,中国大学生就业形势十分严峻。而德国虽然经济形势不容乐观,但大学生的失业率却相对较低。通过对德国大学以及政府在促进高校毕业生就业方面所采取的一些措施的研究,企望对提高中国大学毕业生就业率起到一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The college graduates employment situation under the international economic crises is becoming increasingly severe.The German economy is still not optimistic,but the unemployment rate for college graduates is ralative low.This article analyzes how the German colleges and government take steps to promote the employment rate for college graduates and in the hope of improving the situation of college graduates employment in China. |
