| 摘 要： | 本文根据现代物流理论,对区域性物流平台的概念、构成要素、构建原则及其系统化评价标准进行了探讨,并结合长春市物流产业发展的现状和潜力因素分析,提出了构建长春区域性物流平台的战略设想和阶段性目标,明确了政府和相关企业在区域性物流平台构建过程中应发挥的作用,并提出了具有可操作性的对策措施。
