| 摘 要： | 扩大党内民主是十七大的核心价值诉求。党内民主已成为党的监督制度:以党内民主带动人民民主,是中国推进政治体制改革的新思维;加快民主进程要走群众路线,以巩同党的执政根基;完善党自身的民主制度建设,以程序民主保障制度民主、政治民主的真正实现。

| Abstract: | The expanding of democracy within the Party is the central essence of the 17th NCCPC.The democracy within the Party has been the Party's supervision system:Taking the Party's democracy to promote people's democracy is the new idea of proceeding the reform of China's political system;To speed up the process of democracy should adopt the Mass Line for facil- itating the basis of party;Improving the democratic construction of Party and ensuring the democracy of system by the pro- cessing democracy are the basis of a truely political democracy. |
