| 摘 要： | 信息技术的发展,知识以爆炸的方式增长,向传统教育提出了挑战,这也为远程教育和终身学习的实现提供了可能。网络环境下的学习具有个性化、协同性、资源丰富等特点,有利于培养学生的自主学习能力和创新精神。本文在分析我国现有网络教学平台的基础上,依据现代教学设计理论和学习理论提出了网络学习环境的组成模块,分析了各模块的特点;同时论述了网络学习人力资源支撑环境的组成。

| Abstract: | Now,the challenge to a contest is raised to traditional education by the develop of information technology and knowledge's dashing.The network study can train students' learning by theirselves and innovating spirit.This article puts forward the form of network studying environment which bases on the theory of modern teaching.On the other hand,it analyses the character of patterns and expounds the form of network study's manpower resources. |
