| 摘 要： | 高等教育以培养具有创新精神、实践能力、符合时代要求的高素质人才为己任,开放实验教学是达到这一目标的重要途径。本文从多层次、多形式的开放实验内容,多级化的开放实验管理模式,多渠道的开放实验激励机制,立体化的开放实验评价方式等几个方面阐述了长春师范学院对构建一个行之有效的创新型开放实验教学体系的初步探索,为广大地方师范院校在开放实验教学方面的探索提供参考与借鉴。

| Abstract: | The responsibility of higher education is to develop high-quality talents who have creative spirits,practical abilities and meet the requirements of the times.Open experimental teaching is an important way to achieve this goal.From the aspects of multi-level and multi-form open experimental content,multi-level open experimental management,multi-channel open experimental incentives and three-dimensional open experimental evaluation mode,this paper elaborated the preliminary exploration of Changchun Normal University on constructing an innovative and open experimental teaching system,in order to provide reference and experience for other local normal universities. |
