《诗经》“二南”所反映的先秦求婚礼俗

《诗经》"二南"(《周南》、《召南》)中许多诗篇反映了先秦时期的婚恋礼俗内容,从中可见当时青年男女在结婚前有男子向女子求婚的礼俗。从"二南"中的有关诗篇来看,这种求婚礼俗还具体表现为四个主要特征:一是男子在仲春二月以猎取的动物为礼物向女子求婚;二是男子用捆束柴薪幽会姑娘,表示要亲自迎娶她;三是贵族男子求偶重视德、貌;四是女子求偶重视勇敢、诚信。
