浅析超经济型酒店的优势及经营战略

摘    要:随着大众旅游消费市场需求的日趋多样化,在经济型酒店市场需求领域里,又出现了一个市场细分——超经济型酒店。超经济型酒店顺应市场需求迅速发展,并开始抢占经济型酒店的市场。针对这一趋势,本文通过分析超经济型酒店相对于经济型酒店的各项优势,以布丁连锁酒店为例,指出超经济型酒店的成功经营战略,以期促进酒店业实现多层次的健康发展。

Analysis on the Advantages and Business Strategies of the Super Budget Hotels

Abstract:As the the mass tourism market demand becomes increasingly diverse, there appears a new market segment in the field of economy hotel market - the super budget hotels. This kind of hotels suits the consumers' needs and develops quickly, and meanwhile starts to preempt the economy hotel market. According to this trend, this paper analyses the advantages of the super budget hotels compared with the economical hotels and takes Pod Inn Hotel Chains as an example to point out the successful business strategies of the Super Budget Hotels in order to promote the healthy development of hotel industry with multi - levels.
