| 摘 要： | 利用相转移催化剂催化合成乙酸异丁酯,最佳反应条件如下:催化剂用量0.5g／0.1mol异 丁醇,酸醇比1.2:1,反应时间100分钟,收率77.36％。实验证明,相转移催化对该酯化反应是高 效、低成本和实用的合成方法。

| Abstract: | Use of TBAB as phase tranfer catalyst on the esterification of iso-Butyl acetate was studied. The optimized conditions are following: the weight of catalyst is 0. 5g/0. 1mol iso-Butyl alcohol , the mole ratio of acid to alcohol is 1. 2: 1 and the reaction time is 100min. The chemical yield was 79. 51%. Experiment results showed that phase transfer catalyst (TBAB) is highly active catalyst for this reaction. It is an inexpensive and very practical methed. |
