| 摘 要： | 正义理论引导了西方和非西方国家的政治哲学的演变与发展。由于中国有不同于西方的思维模式和后发型外生性的现代化历程,因而对于萌发于西方、以自由主义为根源的正义理论的认识,存在许多误解与偏差。我们应该以自由为前提,以公平为指向,才能够实现正义主体和政治正义的成立。

| Abstract: | The theory of justice has guided the evolution and development of political philosophy in western countries and non-western countries.Due to the particular thinking mode and modernization course which is different from the West,China has many misunderstandings and errors on the cognition about the theory of justice which is sprouted in the West and takes liberalism as the root.In order to realize the establishment of political justice and the subject of justice,we should take the freedom as the premise and take the equity as the guidance. |
