企业宣传资料的英译思考

摘    要:企业宣传资料作为外宣资料的一种,具有信息功能和呼吁功能。以纽马克的文本类型和交际翻译法为理论基础,结合实例,分别从语言和文化层面上探讨英汉企业宣传资料的差异和企业宣传资料译成英文的翻译策略,目的是对企业宣传资料翻译中一些典型误译现象提出解决方法。

Abstract:As one of the publicities,corporate pamphlets have informative and vocative functions.Based on the theory of text-types and communicative translation advanced by Newmark,the essay mainly discusses the translation of corporate pamphlets from lexical and syntactical angles.Combined with the analyses of some examples,the article aims to provide solutions to some typical problems involved in the translation of corporate pamphlets and calls for more attention from the translation circle to be paid to its translation.
